After more than 28 years in mortgage lending, I've learned that every borrower has a story, every property is different, and sometimes the best solutions require thinking outside the box.
My philosophy has always been to look for a "yes" before accepting a "no." That doesn't mean every loan is possible. It means taking the time to listen, ask questions, explore alternatives, and find opportunities others might overlook.
